How a booking works
Last updated: 22 September 2026
Booking Midnight Mobile Tyre Rescue — by phone, by WhatsApp or through the form on this site — means the paragraphs below apply. They are written plainly on purpose. This is a mobile tyre and recovery outfit working out of Sevenoaks, Kent; there is no depot, branch or counter anywhere, and the van comes to the vehicle.
The figure you are given
A price quoted over the phone or on WhatsApp is for the job as you have described it, and it holds while that description does. If the tyre turns out to be a different size, the damage is worse than it sounded, or the van cannot get near the car, work pauses and you hear a revised figure before anything else happens. Walking away at that point costs you nothing.
Getting to you
No arrival window is promised and none should be read into anything said on the phone. Distance, weather, the M25, a job ahead of yours that turns into a recovery: all of it moves the timing, and our end of the bargain is telling you when it has moved rather than leaving you watching the road.
Ground we will not work on
Some places cannot be made safe enough to jack a car up, and a live lane is the obvious one. Where that is the case the job becomes a recovery or it does not happen at all, and that call belongs to whoever is standing there with the kit. The reach of this business is the district list on this site and stops at its edge.
The work itself
Wheels go back on to the torque the manufacturer specifies, and we ask that you have them checked after a short distance as any fitter would. Where a repair would not be safe or would not last, it is refused and you are told why — that answer is not negotiable however inconvenient the hour is. Tyres, batteries and parts carry whatever warranty their own maker gives them; workmanship is ours to put right.
Settling up
Payment falls due once the work is finished, unless something else was agreed when you booked. We accept card and bank transfer. Anything fitted to the vehicle stays the property of this business until the money has cleared, which matters to nobody until it does.
Calling it off
Change your mind before the van sets out and there is nothing to pay. Once it is on its way, or once it has arrived and the problem turns out to be something else entirely, a call-out charge may be raised and you will be told the amount at the time rather than finding it on an invoice later.
What these pages are
Everything written across this site is a general description of the work, not a guarantee that a particular street can be reached at a particular hour. District pages are there to show what sort of ground a place is and what tends to go wrong on it. They are not a contract. What is on the site can change without notice.
Law, and getting hold of us
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and nothing in them takes away the rights you have as a consumer. Details you send are handled as set out in the privacy page. For anything else: help@midnighttyrerescue.co.uk or 020 4572 5579.
