How much notice do you need?
For an ordinary size, often a day. For a named brand or something unusual, give us longer — booking it properly beats promising rubber we have not got in front of us.
Does somebody have to stand with the car?
Not usually. If the car is reachable and the wheels are clear, plenty of these happen while people are indoors or at a desk. We ring when it is finished.
Can it be done outside office hours?
Yes. Early, late and weekend slots are normal here. It is rather the point of the name.
